Under the morning, the police were contacted regarding a truck that was traveling in a southerly direction on the E4 south of Umeå. According to the caller, a "white liquid" was leaking from the truck's trailer. The liquid is said to have splashed on the surroundings.

The police went to the scene and found the current truck. Fines were issued for the unsecured load, as the liquid that leaked out is said to have caused inconvenience. The liquid is said to have been some type of paper pulp that is not hazardous.
