The police's regional command center has handled around 60 cases between 22.00-07.00 that concern Östergötland county.

23:42 - Fight in stairwell, Boxholm
Police are alerted to a ongoing fight in a stairwell. Someone is allegedly hit by another person in connection with the fight. When the police arrive, three people are found. A man is apprehended with handcuffs and taken into custody for intoxication. The man, who is in his mid-30s, is also suspected of assault and vandalism. The victim, a woman, has not been injured in connection with the fight. 

Since the late Wednesday evening, the police have, among other things, made a number of routine checks on their own initiative or after a tip from the public.
