A person in their thirties has been apprehended in central Karlstad after behaving threateningly towards a police patrol.
The man threatened a patrolling police patrol with a weapon. The patrol was forced to use a stun gun to avert the threat. The man is now arrested on suspicion of gross intimidation of a public official and gross violation of the knife law.
