Vid Skogskyrkogården has a man pushed out of a car and then dragged a few meters.
Near the police arrive, the car has disappeared but the man is still there. He has been injured and is taken to hospital by ambulance.
Electronic equipment is found on the man that can be used in car theft. This, combined with the fact that he is unidentified and suspected to be a foreign citizen, leads to his arrest. 
He is now suspected of preparing for theft at the same time as he is the victim in a report of severe assault.
