A man has been taken into custody in accordance with the law on taking into custody intoxicated persons in the early morning. The police were called to the scene because a man was seen walking with paint and painting on municipal objects, such as a lamppost.

The man is in his 30s. When the police arrived at the scene, he tried to leave on his bicycle, but could be taken into custody by the patrol. He is suspected of vandalism.
