During the afternoon, the police stopped and checked a car on regional road 643 outside Umeå. The driver was suspected of being under the influence of narcotics and was taken for a blood test. A report was filed for driving under the influence of drugs and minor narcotics offense through personal use. The driver's license was confiscated.
