Police stop and inspect a car in Skönsberg, Sundsvall. Suspicion arises that the driver, a man in his 45s, is impaired by drugs and he is taken in for testing. The driver lacks the right to drive the car, which also has stolen license plates, the vehicle is seized. The case is being investigated as suspected drunk driving, minor drug offense, personal use, unauthorized driving, and unauthorized conduct. A report is to be prepared.
