A person calls the police after seeing an assault. A man has been pulled out of his car in central Bengtsfors and assaulted by one or more men. The caller perceived that several people filmed the event with their mobile cameras. The victim, who is 25 years old, leaves the scene. Unknown extent of injuries. A police patrol finds the vehicle that the caller saw the perpetrators drive away in and can stop the vehicle. The people in the vehicle are identified and one person is arrested on suspicion of assault and sexual assault in a court case. Several witnesses are available. However, the level of intoxication is so high that it is not possible to interview them at the scene.
