Under the past week, the police have been alerted to several thefts of gas cylinders from private balconies and grills. A handful of thefts have been discovered now in connection with the start of the grilling season for many, but in several cases, the theft may have occurred earlier than that. There is no suspected person in any of the reports that have been filed.

To prevent this type of theft, you can store the gas cylinders out of sight or reach for potential thieves. Don't forget to contact the police if you witness a theft in progress or if you discover that you have lost something from your balcony.
