Southern Sunderbyn, a security guard collides with a man who appears to be under the influence of narcotics outside the hospital.
Police are called to the scene. The man, who is in his 20s, is suspected of minor drug offenses. He is allowed to accompany the police for a drug test. A report is filed. The case is handled according to the working method "faster prosecution".
