The perpetrators have brought tools to be able to break or file up the locks and they should have managed to release a bicycle and continue filing on another. They leave the place with the bicycles and continue towards the railway station.

The informant leaves a good description of both individuals so that the patrols can quickly apprehend two individuals, a man in his 35-year-old and a man in his 55-year-old. Both individuals are now suspected of theft.
