Väja, a man is alleged to have been violent toward a woman at an address.
The man and the woman are known to each other from before. The police go to the scene and find those involved. The man is intoxicated and is taken into custody under the Act on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons (LOB). He is suspected of assault. A report is filed.
