Early in the morning, the police were contacted about a dark-clothed man walking in the middle of the E4 in Kalix. A police patrol went there and found the man, who is in his mid-20s. He was taken in for testing after being suspected of being under the influence of narcotics. A report has been filed concerning a minor drug offence through personal use.
