The Stockholm Police Region, the National Operations Department (NOA) and the Swedish Armed Forces are conducting a joint exercise on Gotland and the surrounding area from 5 October through 8 October. 
Participants will move around with visible weapons near the exercise sites, which are marked with exercise tents. 
Helicopters will be visible over central Gotland and other parts of the island.

The exercise is not part of the evacuation exercise being conducted on Gotland during the same period.

On Monday, 5 October, the police and the Swedish Armed Forces are conducting a joint exercise on Gotska Sandön.
