There is a fully developed fire on the site and according to initial reports, there is liquid fossil gas in the tanks. The motorway is closed and there is currently significant traffic disruption. The police are on site to primarily assist the rescue service and ensure road safety.

Update 17:58
New reports have arrived that it involves a tractor trailer with two fuel tanks. There is also information that there was an explosion in one of the tanks, but no reports of any personal injuries.  The extinguishing work and cooling work are still ongoing. The Swedish Transport Administration has been alerted to the site for traffic management and cleaning.
