The police receive a call from a driver of a car that is swerving on the E4 at the Salem traffic intersection. The police go to the scene and manage to get hold of the car and the driver. A man blows positively in the police's measuring instrument and is allowed to follow the patrol for blood sampling and further investigation. A complaint will be written.
