A woman and a child have been seen off by medical personnel but do not need to follow up for further treatment. A report of gross negligence has been initiated according to routine to investigate the fire. Possible cause can be an electric heating element.

23.31. A man in his 20s is suspected of assault after he assaulted a teenage girl. The girl is said to have suffered injuries in a foot and will visit the hospital herself. 
The man is not detained.
