Inner Harbour, the police are contacted regarding a man who is walking dangerously close to the E4.

The police go to the scene and find the man. He is intoxicated and is taken into custody according to the Act on the Intoxicated (LOB). He is carrying a knife-like object and is suspected of a crime against the knife law. A report is drawn up.
