Emergency services, ambulance and police are on the scene and work is ongoing at the address. A person is reported to have jumped out through a window. The person has been taken to hospital by ambulance helicopter. The initial legal situation is gross arson.

Emergency services are winding down, patrol remains on the scene and awaits the sanitizing company. Other apartments have been evacuated and will be sanitized, but much suggests that the evacuated individuals can return to their apartments shortly.

The extent of the damage to the person, a man, who has been taken to hospital is still unknown. The classification of gross arson remains. The current apartment will be cordoned off and further interrogations will be conducted later in the day.
