Police headquarters has handled a hundred incidents related to Östergötland County between 22.00 and 07.00.

Assault, Linköping: At 00.30, police are alerted to an apartment in Vasastaden in Linköping where several people have heard loud voices and suspect a fight. There are many people at the scene, and it takes time to gather information about what happened. Initially, a man is suspected of assault and child welfare offense. The suspicions are later changed to harassment and child welfare offense, and the arrest is lifted. The man, in his 30s, is suspected of harassing a 25-year-old woman, as well as child welfare offense, as the offense occurred in front of small children.

Knife law offense, Kinda: At 00.42, police stop a bus near Slätmon in Kinda municipality. On the bus sits a man who has been seen with a knife on him. The man is checked and the knife is found and seized. The man, in his 25s, is suspected of a knife law offense. No one has been exposed to any crime. The man is also removed from the bus and driven away by the police.

Harassment, Norrköping: At 01.12, police are alerted through a mugging alarm. The address is a fast food restaurant in Haga in Norrköping. A fight is said to have broken out between staff and customers, whereupon a customer is said to have thrown food at the staff. A report of harassment has been made. The victim is an 18-year-old woman. The perpetrator is currently unknown.

Assault, Finspång: At 02.30, police are alerted to Finspång due to a suspected assault outside. At the scene, there are a handful of people, loud voices, and music from cars, and a person is bleeding. Police are given information that some of the parties have left the scene in a car, and several patrols stop and check cars in the area. The person who is suspected of being assaulted has left the scene themselves and does not need ambulance care. A report of assault has been made, where the victim is an 18-year-old man. No perpetrator has been found.

Assault, Norrköping: At 03.20, police are alerted to the train station in Norrköping due to a ongoing fight between a few people. When the police arrive at the scene, the parties have separated but are found nearby. Two men in their 20s are suspected of assaulting a third person in their 20s. The victim is taken to the hospital by patrol with minor injuries.
