03:49, theft – Varberg
Police receive a call from the alarm company that in their cameras have observed what they consider to be an ongoing diesel theft in an industrial area in Veddige. The diesel thief is believed to have siphoned fuel from a truck to his own car and then left the scene. Police arrive at the scene with a number of resources and conduct a number of vehicle checks along the E6 during the operation. One of these results in a suspect being identified and arrested. The suspect is a man in his 40s.

03:07, attempted robbery – Falkenberg
A man calls and reports that two younger men are believed to have tried to steal his watch. This is said to have happened on Hotellgatan in the center. The complainant (man in his 25s) reports that the boys approached him and became threatening. They are said to have made some kind of attack and tried to take his watch. The complainant is said to have then run from the scene. Police have been on the scene to search for the suspects but were unable to find anyone. The report is written as an attempt at robbery.

00:52, fire – Falkenberg
An alarm is received via SOS regarding a fire at a campsite in Olofsbo. It is said to have been a fully developed fire near the reception. Police have been on the scene overnight to assist the Rescue Service. The assessment is that there was a risk of the fire spreading to the campsite's accommodations and a report of gross arson is drawn up. It is currently unclear how the fire started. The scene is cordoned off pending technical investigation. No information on personal injuries.

23:03, assault – Falkenberg
Police are called to a residence in Årstad where a home party is said to have gotten out of hand in a fight involving several people. Police have been on the scene to break up the violence and try to clarify what happened. The whole thing results in a man being arrested, suspected of among other things drug offenses. Another man is suspected of assault, where a woman on the scene is the complainant. A complicated case where it is difficult to say what lies behind the fight. The woman is taken to the hospital by ambulance but is said to have been awake and able to speak.
