Good morning. During the night between Tuesday and Wednesday, between the hours of 22 and 07, the regional police headquarters east has handled a number of cases related to Östergötland County. This has included checks on people and vehicles as well as work to create a sense of security.

Police have been checking reports of explosions in the area around Hageby/Ljura during the night. Nothing has been found that was out of the ordinary. 

01:05, Vandalism, Mjölby
Police are being called to the Norrgården area due to a ripped hole in a company fence. It has not been possible to determine if anything was stolen from the scene. The incident is classified as vandalism. There is currently no suspected person.

01:42, Vandalism, Linköping
Security guards discover damage to a gate leading to a business in the Stångebro area. Police have been on the scene and, among other things, searched with a dog patrol but have not found anything out of the ordinary. There are no reports of anything stolen from the scene. The incident is classified as vandalism.
