An elderly woman in her 90s has been visited by a scammer who stole jewelry and gold. The woman is said to have received an SMS from "Klarna" and then someone came to her home. An investigation has been initiated into aggravated fraud. 

At 19:37, an 80-year-old woman received an SMS stating that she had purchased items for a certain amount. Then a man came to the woman's home claiming to be from an insurance company. The woman has lost gold jewelry. An investigation has been initiated into aggravated fraud. 

Talk to elderly relatives and acquaintances about scams 

Being mentally prepared before receiving a call or SMS is an important success factor in not being deceived. It is also important to talk about the crimes to reduce shame and guilt that victims may feel if they are deceived.
