There are reports of a man who has attempted to force himself to take possession of belongings from a woman outdoors in Fosie. The man has run away from the scene. Patrols are alerted to the address and are conducting an interrogation with the victim and witnesses. 

After further investigative measures, a man in his 30s can be apprehended in the vicinity. He is suspected of attempted robbery, minor narcotics offense and registration offense.
