Members of the public call in about two people in Viksäng using an angle grinder to cut through bicycle locks.

According to the witness, they took at least one bicycle and left the scene.

A patrol goes to the area and soon finds the pair, a woman and a man.

They have an explanation for why they are cutting the bicycles free, but have difficulty proving it at the scene.

A report of suspected theft is filed so the matter can be investigated further.

A man in his 40s and a woman in her 30s become suspects.

One of the bicycles is returned, and the angle grinder is seized as a tool used in the crime.
