Under the afternoon, the police were ordered to a store on Sandbäcken in Umeå as an alarm was triggered. An aggressive man suspected of stealing goods was on the premises.

The police went there and found the man. He was initially arrested but the arrest is to be lifted. The suspicion concerns minor theft, knife law infringement and firearm infringement (as the man was carrying a self-defense spray, possibly pepper spray). The suspect is in his 45-year-old age group.
