A private person calls the police about a man who drove a boat into a man in his 55s who was under a dock on Resarö and got stuck. The boat driver is perceived as both drunk and very eager to get loose from the dock.
When a patrol arrived at the scene, the boat driver's sobriety is tested and he blows positively in the breathalyzer.
He is suspected of boating under the influence and is taken in for sampling and examination at the hospital as he has injured himself.
