On Wednesday morning, two new reports have been filed in the Skaraborg police district. It is individuals in Mariestad and Skövde who have received SMS from an unknown number about a claimed scheduled lock change. 

On Tuesday, three similar reports were received from the Älvsborg police district. Also here, the SMS are about lock changes and - in one case - municipal services, which are supposed to be booked at a specified time. In all cases, those affected are over 80 years old. 

The police continue to urge everyone who receives this type of SMS or phone call - and has not booked any such services - to dare to be unpleasant, not to answer and instead report to the police.
