In the afternoon, police stopped a driver on Route 62 north of Karlstad. During the check, the driver, a man in his mid-40s, showed signs of being under the influence of drugs. A decision was made to conduct a bodily examination by means of a urine test and a blood test.
Analysis will determine whether the suspicions against the man remain: driving under the influence of drugs and a drug offence involving personal use.
