During the day, the police have received information that some men have been moving around in different areas in Kiruna municipality. They are said to have knocked on the doors of various individuals and offered some form of craftsmanship work, such as renovation.

During the afternoon, a car was stopped for inspection and the men in question were identified.

There is currently no suspicion that the men have committed any crime. The police want to urge the public to be vigilant if unknown persons knock on the door and offer various services in the home. Do not pay for anything in advance and be cautious if the individuals try to enter the residence in some way. Contact the police if you suspect that you have been a victim of a crime.
