The patrol has stopped a driver on the E20, Mosås, for a check. 
The driver, a man in his 30s, shows signs of being under the influence of narcotics and is taken in for a test. The test results will later show if he is guilty of a crime. A report is being prepared pending charges of driving under the influence of narcotics and minor narcotics offense of personal use.
