A patrol stops and checks a motorcross and upon checking the driver, a man in his mid-30s, they suspect that he is under the influence of narcotics.

The man is also lacking the necessary license to drive the vehicle and is currently suspected of driving under the influence of narcotics, minor narcotics offenses through personal use and unauthorized driving.
