Police, rescue services and ambulance are being dispatched to the scene after a car, for unclear reasons, drove into a refuge. The extent of the injuries to those in the car is unclear and there will be some traffic disruption.

It appears to be two cars involved in the accident, unclear how it happened. According to initial reports, it was a single-car accident. A patrol is still on the scene and one person has been taken away by ambulance with unclear injuries.
