Police go to a shopping mall in Kista where a shoplifter has hit and spat on a store security guard. The spitting man is initially arrested because his identity cannot be established. But when his identity can later be established, the arrest is lifted and he is instead taken into custody under the law on the detention of intoxicated persons. 
He is also suspected of assaulting a public official and petty theft.
