Vasaplan, the police are alerted to a man and a woman arguing with each other.

The police go to the scene and find those involved. The man and the woman know each other from before and are said to have had a verbal argument. Both are intoxicated. The woman is taken into custody under the Act on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons (LOB). The man is removed from the city centre.
