SOS alarm reports that they are sending resources to a feared fire. It is a smoke-filled stairwell in a multi-family house on Skogsrundan in Karlskoga. According to initial reports, one person has inhaled smoke.

Police patrol are ordered and have arrived at the scene, this in order to be subordinate to the rescue leader.
