Five people were taken into custody for intoxication, and one person was taken in for testing after being suspected of a drug offense.
The police also carried out several checks of people and vehicles that did not result in any suspicion of a crime.

A man in Boden was arrested at an address, suspected of threatening people close to him. He was interviewed, and a prosecutor who was contacted decided to remand the man, who is in his 30s, in custody.

The police were contacted about several cars playing loud music in Jukkasjärvi. A patrol went there and found that there were many people out and about, but the situation was calm. During the check, a fixed penalty notice (fine) was issued because of defects in a car’s lighting: dipped headlights/fog lights, as well as the use of an unapproved bulb.
02:09 Assault, Luleå
The police went to the city center following reports of an assault. A woman said that an unknown person had hit her at a bus shelter in Stadsparken. She was interviewed, and a report of assault will be filed. Initially, there is no known suspect.
A wildlife-vehicle collision was reported to the police during the night. There are no reports of personal injuries.
