Three people are allegedly involved.

The police go to the scene to check what has happened. 

One person is initially taken into custody with the support of the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons. A blood test is performed as there is suspicion that he is under the influence of narcotics.

A report is filed. The test results will later show if a crime has been committed.
