A woman kicks and hits another woman in a pedestrian tunnel on Farstavägen and then runs away from the scene. The assaulted woman remains at the scene. She is intoxicated and is not interested in participating in a police report. The police take her into custody with the support of the LOB (Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons) and will file a report on assault with an unknown perpetrator.
