Alarm is received about an unconscious man outdoors in Grimsta. Private individuals initiate life-saving measures before healthcare, emergency services, and police arrive and can take over. 
During the work on the scene, suspicions arise that another man may have caused the injured man to fall. The identified man is still on the scene and is apprehended. He is in his 55-year-old age group and is currently suspected of aggravated assault and gross negligence resulting in bodily harm. 

The injured man has serious injuries and is not identified.
