2 chap 8 § Road Traffic Ordinance: If you are involved in a traffic accident, you must, on request of another person who was involved in the accident or whose property was damaged, state your name and address and provide information about the incident. If property was damaged and there is no one to receive information and details, you must inform the owner or the Police Authority as soon as possible.
