However, camera footage shows that he himself drove the car to the location and he is taken to the station for a blood test and is now suspected of drunk driving.

A patrol checks a vehicle on S:t Larsgatan in Linköping. The driver, a man in his 20s, is visibly intoxicated and does not have the right to operate the vehicle. He is taken for a blood test and is suspected of drunk driving and unauthorized driving.

04:50 Fire, Norrköping

An alarm is raised about a fire in an apartment in Kneippen. The fire department is quickly on the scene and can extinguish the fire that started in a sofa. Suspicions exist that the resident started the fire by smoking in the sofa and a report of reckless endangerment is filed. The apartment is cordoned off pending a technical investigation.
