Since midnight, eleven people in the county have been taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons. Some were allowed to sleep off their intoxication in the police's custody, others were handed over to healthcare or relatives. 

One person has been taken for testing after suspicion of minor narcotics offenses through use and possession.

Shortly before 01:30, police stopped and checked two cars on Viktoriaesplanaden and Rondellplan. The drivers received fines for an excessive number of passengers.

Police are alerted to a single-vehicle accident on Länkgatan/Vikingagatan in Örnsköldsvik. A car is said to have collided with a pole. No personal injuries are said to have occurred. The driver is taken for testing after suspicion of drunk driving. He is then taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons.

Police stop and check a car in Sollefteå. The driver blows positive in the breathalyzer and is taken for further testing. A report on drunk driving and gross unauthorized driving is filed.

Police are ordered to a fast-food restaurant in Stenstan due to a brawl. Two men are said to have been involved, a report on assault and a counter-report on harassment is filed.
