A witness observes a driver of a passenger car who is driving on Södergatan in Sölvesborg. The driver parks the car on Södergatan and then jumps out of the car and starts dancing in the middle of the street. Police on the scene and upon inspection a suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and a crime against the knife law arises as a small knife is found on the suspect who is a 70-year-old woman.
