Under the evening, the police received information about an ongoing bicycle theft in the city center. Police patrol went there and found a man who matched the description. He is suspected of theft or receiving a bicycle and theft of bicycle tires.

The man was so intoxicated that he was taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the care and treatment of intoxicated persons, and was handed over to medical care.

The suspect is in his 30s.
