The woman states that she received a text message from someone claiming to be from an "electronics company" - the message says that she should pick up goods. She calls the "company" that the text message is from - they say that they will forward her to "the police".

But it is not the police she is talking to, but a scammer. The scammer urges the woman to log in with her bank ID and she loses a larger sum of money.

The police go to the victim to establish a report.
