Police receive calls that it is noisy and loud from an apartment.

Police are on the scene and they can confirm that there are several people in the current apartment who appear to be under the influence.

When they check the people, they discover that one of them, a 25-year-old man, has some form of homemade, small firearm on him. The man is apprehended as suspected of serious crime against the firearms law. Police will hold an interrogation with him and thereafter a prosecutor will make a decision on whether he should remain apprehended.

Police also suspect that three men in the 20-45 age range and a 40-year-old woman are under the influence of narcotics. One of the men is also suspected of a doping offense through possession of suspected doping substances.
