Police patrol conducts a traffic control in Borlänge today. A driver tries to avoid the control by fleeing from the scene. The police patrol stops the relevant vehicle with the driver a bit away from the control location. 
Patrol fails to persuade the driver, a 50-year-old man, to take a sobriety test at the scene of the stop, resulting in a suspicion that the man has consumed alcohol.
A decision on taking a sample is made and the man will have to undergo a body inspection. Analysis will show if the suspicion of drunk driving remains. Furthermore, the man has revoked his driver's license, so he is also suspected of gross unauthorized driving.
