A man alarms the police and reports that he has been subjected to an attempted robbery. The man, who is in his mid-twenties, states that he was on his way home from a Christmas party when a man with a sharp object in his hand confronted him. The complainant is then said to have overpowered the suspect and run home.

The incident is said to have occurred at Hardebergaspåret and the complainant is not said to have been physically injured.

Police have been on the scene for a report-taking.

The incident is classified as an attempt at robbery.
