22:51 – Weapons ban, Finspång
The public contacts the police regarding a person suspected of carrying a firearm in Finspång. This results in an emergency response with several police patrols to the location. Several people are then checked, and soon a weapon-like object is secured, which later turns out to be an airsoft pistol or a CO2 gun. The man in possession of the object is suspected of firearm offense and threats. After questioning, the police were able to leave the area.  

Since Saturday evening, the police have handled a handful of cases related to mental health. In addition, they have also handled many cases related to intoxication or fights. As usual, they have also conducted a large number of routine checks on their own initiative or after a public alarm.
